Sheena Cartwright

Sheena Cartwright is an experienced Organization Development Consultant and Change leader with over 25 years’ experience of working in and with blue chip organizations in the UK, Europe, and North America. She set up her own Organization Development Consultancy, in 2013, after a successful career in Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Mars Confectionery, and the John Lewis Partnership. She supports leaders, teams, and organizations through transitions and to improve performance.

Her current clients include Boehringer-Ingelheim (Global Pharmaceuticals), Medtronic (Global Medical Technology), Roche Diagnostics (Global Healthcare), Kingfisher PLC (European Retail), Kainos (Global Digital Services), and DFS (UK retail).

Her previous client assignments have covered a wide range of Organization Development projects including global transformations, post-merger integration, team development, design and delivery of leadership-development programmes, and executive coaching.

She is a qualified Executive Coach and holds the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science Certificate in Organization Development and completed the iGOLD (International Gestalt in Organizations and Leadership) programme, in 2018. She joined the iGOLD Center, in 2019, to lead The Introduction to Gestalt in Organizations programme.

Her ability to connect with others through curiosity, questions, and deep listening enables leaders and teams to have powerful conversations, supported by the energy, passion, and deep expertise she brings to her work.
