Naomi Stanford, PhD

Dr Naomi Stanford is an organisation design practitioner, teacher, and author. During her earlier UK career, she was an employee of large multinational companies, including Price Waterhouse, British Airways, Marks & Spencer, and Xerox. She then moved to the US working as an organisation design consultant to a range of organisations in the government, non-profit and private sectors.

She returned to the UK to work for nearly seven years as a senior civil servant, and is now a freelancer. Naomi writes books, articles, blogs, speaks at conferences, and tweets regularly on organisation design. My latest book Designing Organisations, why it matters and ways to do it well, was published in January 2022. https://profilebooks.com/work/designing-organisations/
